What is a Mini Site? A Mini Site is an inexpensive fixed format website, which is very easy to set up, with very little work for the buyer. It has five pages of information and lots of pictures:

1:- An Introduction / Home page - To introduce and describe your business.
2:- A Details Page - To give more details - Opening times, prices etc.
3:- A Gallery Page - To show up-to SIX pictures with associated descriptions.
4:- Another Page  - Like Out and About - To give details of facilities in the surrounding area etc.
5:- Contact Page - To give details of how to make contact. Address Tel / Fax No. Email etc

In addition the menu can link to the following services if required. ( Optional )

6:- A Standard Map Links Page - Which enables the visitor to view a MAP from your postcode. *
7:- A Standard Brochure Request Form - So that visitors can Request a Brochure.
8:- A Standard Booking Request Form - So that visitors can Request a Booking.
9:- A Web Email Form - So that visitors can send you an Email from any computer.

Web Email is far more useful than the simple email link provided by most of our competitors, and we don't charge per email. Web Email enables visitors to send you email even if they are not using their own computer. Lots of our visitors use a computer in an internet cafe, library or at work. They will not have personal Email set up, and people using computers at work don't always want their employer to read their personal  emails.

Can I Choose my own Colour Scheme and Graphics? Yes - We call these Toppings and Flavours, you can choose these from a list, and see what they look like Online. See For Yourself

What is the Out and About Page? One of the BIG advantages of having a Mini Site is that it can link into any existing Angliacoast page. It is not for everyone, but if you are offering Accommodation, visitors like to know about local Pubs, Restaurants and visitor attractions, we have an inclusive policy, so we list all of them in one way or another, so your prospective visitors can find out what's on your doorstep. We can also link into events pages so they can see" Whats On" and also see pictures and information about your location, and how far away you are from other locations. These pages are rebuilt regularly so they remain up-to-date, without you having to do anything. You can also link to the "fun stuff" like the Myths and Legends pages or specific article pages and attractions that are close by.

Can I Decide what Words I want on Each Page? Yes - But we may have to change them if we encounter technical or layout problems, for example there is a limit to how much we can put on each page.

Can I use my own Pictures? Yes - Up-to Six on the Gallery Page and One on the Introduction Page.

Can you Supply some Pictures, I don't have any / enough?
Yes - Our designers have access to the huge (2500+) Angliacoast picture library.

I have Registered my own Website Address (URL) can I link it to a Mini Web? Yes - You can point to the Mini Site from your own Web Address.

Can you Pay me a Visit to Discuss my Mini Site? Sorry no, This is a very inexpensive product and so it does not include the cost of a site visit. For this level of service you need a Custom Website.

Can I Speak to Somebody about my Requirement, I Need some Advice? Yes, Send us an email with a telephone number, and we will call you to see how we can help.

How do I Order a Mini Site? Place an order using the Online Order Form - This gives us all the contact details we require. We will then send you an Invoice by Email, and we will contact you to find out what you want on your new Mini Site. You then post or email us what you have, words, pictures, existing leaflets etc. along with payment. One of our designers will create your site, you check it and then it is added to the site.

What do I Need to Send you? Our design staff are expert at making Mini Sites look nice, so we will do the design and layout for you. Just send us all your existing marketing documents, (the ones you send to customers or hand out now) or anything that has opening times, rates, key features and a few pictures, and we will do the rest. 

What if my Pictures are the Wrong Size, and are not Good Enough? We manipulate pictures all the time, we can resize them, make them darker or lighter, zoom in or out, so its rare for us to give up, but if we feel that we cant work with them, we will contact you. It is always a good idea to show an external picture of your establishment. It is better to overexpose rather than underexpose, lighter pictures can be darkened, but darker pictures cannot always be lightened. 

How do I send you the Photographs? - We accept digital images in most windows compatible file formats on 3.5” 1.44Mbyte Windows compatible floppy disks or CD-Rom, or you can email them to us. We prefer uncompressed files so that we can compress them ourselves. We can also scan negatives or slides.

Can you Scan Pictures from my Existing Artwork? Yes - we can, but in most cases this produces poor results, if you have very expensive glossy brochures it might be OK.

Will I get my Photographs Back? We will return all artwork, when we have published your page, but we cannot be responsible if it gets lost in the post, so make sure its not your only copy.

Will I Receive a VAT Invoice / Receipt for my Accounts?  Yes

Can I Pay by Credit / Debit Card?  Yes - But Only On-Line - Our Email Invoice has a link to a secure server, where you pay by plastic, or from your PAY PAL account if you have one.

What Happens if there is a Mistake on my Entry? We will make corrections free of charge, if we (or you) have got something wrong. Please check your entry when we have published it.

What Happens when I want to Change or Update my Mini Site? Simply submit a Change Form or email us the changes. We reserve the right to make a charge if this is done more than four times a year, or if the changes are radical. We expect telephone numbers, prices and your email address to change every now and again.

What Happens when my Site Comes up for Renewal in a Years Time?  We will contact you and ask if you want to make any changes to your entry. We also send out reminder emails in December to remind clients to make changes for the new year. Nothing worse than site showing out of date information.

I Need an Invoice to Raise a Cheque? As soon as you place an order, we will send you an invoice.

What if I don’t like the end result? 
You can cancel the order within 14 Days of publishing, If after giving us a chance to make amends, you still don’t like what we have produced, then we will return half the fee and remove the advert from our websites.

How Long is it before my Mini Site is put on the Live Angliacoast Websites? Normally this is done within 7 days. You will be notified when the work has been completed, and when you are happy with it, it will be added to the live sites. We do not undertake design work until we have received payment.

Where do I Send the Pictures and Words?

Remember to include 
1:- The pictures or other artwork.
2:- Any words, phrases (or layout suggestions).
3:- Any other promotional literature that you have (so we can double check spellings etc)
4:-A cheque for £90.00 Inc vat (made payable to Stock Software Ltd)

Are there any Less or More Expensive options? Yes - Look at the Other Options.
