Once home to the Customs and Excise as a lookout for smugglers, number 2 The Hollies dates back over 200 years. Located down a private road the cottage has been lovingly restored.

It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a downstairs shower room. Upstairs there are two inter-connecting bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds.

The cottage benefits from oil fired central heating and also a wood burner in the sitting room. The garden is fully enclosed and south facing, making it perfect for alfresco dining. There is a raised decking area with barbecue and garden dining furniture. Parking for one car.

2 Farmside Cottage also dates back over 200 years and has also been fully restored. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen which leads to a spacious conservatory used as the dining area, with French doors leading to the garden. It has oil fired central heating and a wood burner in the sitting room.

Upstairs is a large newly fitted bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Outside is a courtyard garden fully enclosed and stocked with many beautiful plants.
The cottage is located down a private road and has parking space for one car.

Sea Palling with its traditional seaside atmosphere has excellent wide sandy beaches backed with sand dunes with plenty of space for everyone even in the height of summer. The tide often leaves rock pools, giving hours of fun for the curious. This area is also very popular with jet skiers.

From the village there is access to several miles of beach along this Norfolk coastline which abound with wildlife and flowers. Seals are sometimes seen off the beach and many different species of birds may be seen, especially during migration.

The area is of special interest to lovers of wildlife, particularly out of season, as the area is of outstanding natural beauty with wildlife aplenty all year round.

The village of Sea Palling has two local inns and a small number of shops, selling everything from groceries, to sun hats, to candyfloss. A Farm shop is situated just outside the village stocking fruit and vegetables and includes a local Farm Butchers shop.

The nearby market town of Stalham has an extensive range of local amenities, including shops, supermarket, leisure and boating facilities with access to the Norfolk Broads network.

Great Yarmouth, Cromer and the City of Norwich are also, all within easy access.
