A warm friendly welcome awaits at our tastefully appointed, attractive Edwardian home. 

Situated in a quiet residential area, and built of traditional Norfolk carrstone, the property retains its original charm and character. 

The Gables is a family run concern offering very comfortable non-smoking accommodation in a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a carefree break within 100 yards of the glorious sandy beaches. 

There are 8 bedrooms, three on the first floor and three on the second floor. All bedrooms have en suite facilities and are attractively decorated. Most enjoy a view of the sea and the new Boston Square Sensory Park.

A full English or continental breakfast is served in our charming wood panelled dining room.

We are happy to prepare special diets and vegetarian options with advance notice. Packed lunches are also available.

 The leisure and recreational facilities in Hunstanton include windsurfing, sailing, tennis, bowls, swimming, roller skating, cycling, golfing, birdwatching at the local RSPB bird reserves, walking and kite surfing.

The town centre is a few minutes walk away. Hunstanton is renowned for its cleanliness and wonderful sunsets over the sea, Hunstanton is the only resort on the East Coast to face West. The town also offers unusual cliffs, dunes, marshes, a promenade, bandstand, theatre, gardens and funfair.

Golfers are well served with a wonderful championship course at Old Hunstanton plus two other excellent courses nearby at Brancaster and Kings Lynn.

There is a bus stop in town 500yrds from our guest house. This has a frequent bus service to Kings Lynn or there is a coast hopper service that runs along the coast road. The main train station is 30 minutes away by car in Kings Lynn.

If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary we can organise special luxuries such as champagne, flowers, chocolates etc. If notified when booking.
