Recently refurbished double room (room for a single guest bed) with TV / Video, clock radio, tea / coffee making facilities with a private bathroom (not en-suite) with double shower.

On arrival our guests are welcomed with tea / coffee and home made cakes in our warm and inviting conservatory. Here you can watch a variety of birds (including our own free range chickens) over looking the gardens in peaceful surroundings.

We are situated at the end of the village within 6 acres of land including stables. We offer stabling facilities for our guests. The tariff will depend on length of stay, please enquire.

The house is centrally heated and we offer a full English breakfast or a vegetarian breakfast on request, both sourced using local products.

 Yoxford is known locally as the "garden of Suffolk", it is an ideal base from which to explore some of Suffolk's 50 miles of Heritage coastline.

Places like Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich and Aldeburgh are all within driving distance. The famous RSPB Minsmere nature reserve is at nearby Westleton, where you can see breeding avocets and marsh harriers in spring and wildfowl in summer and winter.

The village has a number of shops and village inns, our local Post Office also offers organic / natural groceries.

 We have antique shops, art galleries, gardens, village stores and two pubs. 

During the summer months Yoxford hosts an eight day Arts Festival with classical music, jazz, folk, dance, exhibitions, workshops and master classes.
