Standing in its own grounds in a quiet location, close to the picturesque harbour of Wells, is Cobblers Guest House. 

Cobblers has eight bedrooms, five double with en-suite, two single with en-suite and one single with a private bathroom. All rooms have colour televisions and tea and coffee making facilities.

We produce breakfast using locally sourced Norfolk produce and can satisfy all appetites.  

Groups are most welcome, for whom evening meals can be provided by arrangement - full details on request.

Card tables, games and jigsaws in resident’s lounge/day-room and conservatory. Internet connection will be provided for web browsing in lounge.

Wells is a small seaside town with an active harbour and forms part of the largest coastal nature reserve in Britain. The town is a delightful place to stroll around with its network of old alleys and yards or spend time on the extensive sandy beaches.
