A pretty duck pond and village green marks the centre of this small coastal village.  Loud white ducks greet every visitor nosily. Attractive cobbled and flint cottages hug the greens edges.

On the coastal road on the edge of the village are a General Store and post office, two inns, restaurant and cafe and also a fish and chip shop.

The beach is also located down a winding lane just across this road. In addition to the beach the following activities are all with a short drive, pitch and putt, golf, horse riding and swimming pool.  An end of pier show can be found at the next town round of Cromer.
