Holidays in Weybourne Norfolk
The costal village of Weybourne lies off the A149 coastal road in North Norfolk.  Weybourne beach is a pebble beach mainly frequented by anglers and fishermen, who are aware that the offshore waters are very deep, and therefore good for fishing.

This fact has been known since the days of the Spanish Armarda, and accounts for why this stretch of coast was so well protected during the second world war.

It was identified as a possible sub-marine invasion point and there are a number of ruins left over from the wartime defences, and to this day there is a military museum close by called The Muckleburgh Collection.

There is car pack close to the beach which can be accessed from the road that runs next to the corner of the small supermarket opposite the pub.

From the beach you can walk along the cliffs to the adjacent seaside resort of Sheringham, or head inland and board the North Norfolk Steam Train at Weybourne Station for a trip to the Georgian Town of Holt.

Weybourne has a small village stores a hotel that provides bar meals and has a restaurant and a local pub/inn The Ship Inn with modern British cuisine and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
