The village of Overstrand is located on the North East Coast of Norfolk in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, situated between the town of Cromer and the village of Sidestrand.

Overstrands wide sandy beaches make it a popular place for a seaside holiday, though please note there is a steep causeway down to the beach which may not suit all legs.

The village of Overstrand was once known as the Village of Millionaires in the late 19th century owing to the many famous people who bought property in the area.

Golfers are well catered for with the Royal Cromer Golf Course close by and the busier resort of Cromer with its end of Pier Theatre just over 2 miles round the coast.  Overstrand has a village stores, post office, a traditional village pub/inn with a first class restaurant, a deli and a restaurant with a sea view at the Sea Marge Hotel and on the cliff sits the Cliff Top Cafe which serves good food all day.
