For those looking for a quieter holiday location yet within easy access of a lively seaside resort then the village of Old Hunstanton is the place to go.

It has a lovely sandy beach with many beach huts peeping out from amongst the dunes. From the beach you can see the old lighthouse and the multi-coloured cliffs below the golf course.

The village is mostly consists gingerbread houses built from the local stone and has an extensive championship golf course located behind the wide sandy beaches.

Originally a fishing village, Old Hunstanton can trace its history back to AD 855 when St. Edmund was shipwrecked here.
