The form below can be used to tell us about your
event, so that it can be added to our event pages. Each event will be checked by our events co-coordinator before it is added to the site, please complete the contact section so that we can contact you if we have any questions (email is the preferred method). Events will not be published unless a contact name and details are provided, this information will NOT be displayed on the site, and will ONLY be used to check your event details. To ensure that your event will be correctly formatted on the site, please take the time to look at a few examples before submitting your form and read the notes at the bottom of this page. Our events pages are constructed approximately every two weeks, so at least 14 days notice is required, if in doubt submit anyway, you never know your luck. |
