A pretty little church in a well kept churchyard.

The rounded chancel has a thatched roof, which was added in 1925. 

With a stumpy red brick tower which was rebuilt in 1744.

The church of Hempstead is a charmingly rural church lovingly tended. 

In 1998 the ladies of the Kneeler Group of Hempstead produced a wonderful work of tapestry to celebrate the Millenium.
