Open all year the attractive 73 hectares (180 acres) woodland and water gardens of Fairhaven with over three miles of woodland walks, paths and water garden at South Walsham. It has its own private broad, on which an electric-powered boat provides trips, and an oak tree believed to be nearly 1000 years. Plant sales; a children's trail; gift shop; tearoom serving morning coffees, light lunches and afternoon teas and special events. There is a private inner broad where you can take a boat trip.
