Wells-next-the-Sea with its small fishing harbour and award winning sandy beach offers all the amenities for a perfect family holiday. The town has a good range of small shops, restaurants and pubs. An intricate network of narrow lanes draw you down to the picturesque quay where seabirds wheel and swoop. Summer sees the harbour walls lined with children intent on catching local crab. And whatever time of year you can enjoy the spectacular Wells and Holkham beaches backed by pine trees from our new well equipped beach hut.

The attractive villages, distinctive landscapes and big blue skies of the north Norfolk coast make this an unspoilt area to visit. There are local and long distance walks including Peddars Way Coastal Path on the doorstep of the cottage. The area is also a haven for bird watchers, even in the winter. Seal trips and steam trains provide interest for all ages.
