The cottage is situated in a quiet private yard, yet only a two minute walk from the towns amenities.

The cottage is rentable weekly or for longer lets.  Change over is on a Saturday. Short breaks are available November to March (minimum 2 nights).

Bed linen, tea towels and tablecloths are provided at no extra cost.  For the weary beds are already made up. Dogs are welcome (max 2) at no extra charge, provided they are not left unattended or allowed into the bedrooms.

Arrival Time

Departure must be by 10am to allow for cleaning (this can be more flexible especially out of season). The cottage is inspected and cleaned between each let, but please bear in mind the short change-over period. Please help us to maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy and by stripping the used beds.

Payment

First payment 50% - Final payment 4 weeks before holiday. If booking less than 4 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required.
