Lots to See Lots to Do

The small clifftop village of West Runton nestles in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The stretch of beach here is well known for its fascinating rock-pool life and also provides a rich hunting ground for fossil collectors.

The village has a village shop, butcher, local pub and a number of excellent eating places. Other attractions include a Links Golf course and the Shire Horse Centre. There are wonderful coastal walks on your doorstep and and for woodland paths check out the National Trust land at Roman Camp.

For a spectacular view climb to the top of Incleborough Hill, well worth the effort and there is a bench on which to sit and admire the vista!

There is a small branch railway line at West Runton which links to the seaside town of Sheringham to the west and runs all the way down to the medieval city of Norwich to the south, passing through many Norfolk villages along the way.
